Last Blast of Snow

Dad and Jillian made a snow cave after our last big snow. We had a day or two to play in it before the latest warm up started.

It Just Won't Stop!

We jinxed our "early spring" weather by saying we were going to have an "early spring." Mother Nature heard us. We had probably 18" of snow fall last Friday. Then yesterday, we had another 18-20" fall (that is the above picture of the deck and below the swing set, taken yesterday evening). Then...

...we got up this morning to see another 12-18" added on top of that! Poor swing set will be buried before long. I'm stuck at home for now (unable to get the car or truck out of our driveway which has not been plowed in 2 days). Scott was out there trying to push-shovel it a bit. It is futile when the snow is still coming down heavy.

However, I would really love to get to my dentist appointment this afternoon to get this annoying temporary crown off. An avalance between here and Anchorage is preventing me from doing that right now though.
